Be
playful.
Thwok runs club sessions, academy terms and the money. Everyone else just turns up and plays.
Thwok is in private preview — we onboard clubs and academies a few at a time. Join the waiting list →
Three taps. That’s the whole session.
No register. No spreadsheet. No “who owes what?” thread.
Members tap in on the door. That’s the register.
Fair rotation, every game scored. Levels move on their own.
The maths is done your club’s way. Nobody chases anyone.
Whoever you are, there’s a door.
Clubs and academies first. Players and parents get the same app, with nothing to organise.
Quick answers.
Is it really free?
Yes. Free for clubs and academies. No card to sign up. Members pay the club, parents pay the academy, not us.
“Your money never sits with us”?
Thwok never holds a balance. Money goes straight from the member to the club, or the parent to the academy. No wallets, no top-ups.
Will my members need to change anything?
They tap in on the door and get a message when there is something to pay. No app to learn, no card to add.
Where are you?
South-west London first, with our partner academy and clubs. More every week.
Can I sign up right now?
Not yet on your own — Thwok is in private preview, so accounts are opened by us. Join the waiting list and we'll open yours in the next batch. If a club or academy already on Thwok sends you their share link, that gets you in today.
Private preview
Thwok is invitation-only for now.
We onboard clubs and academies a handful at a time, so that every one of them gets a person. Leave your email and a line about yourself, and we’ll open your account when your turn comes.
Your next club session runs itself.
