We run on a Google Sheet and bank transfers.
Import the sheet, keep the bank transfers if you like, and let parents pay by card when you are ready. Nothing changes on day one that you do not choose.
Is safeguarding built in?
Yes. Consent, medical notes and emergency contacts are required before a child can be enrolled, and only staff can see them.
What does it cost?
Free for academies. Card payments carry Stripe's fee, shown before you turn them on.
