Racket sports
made simple.
Most of the effort in racket sports goes into things that are not racket sports. Registers, group chats, bank references, whiteboards. Thwok exists to make that effort disappear, so that more people play, more often, and enjoy it more.
Three things we believe.
They are also the three tests every screen has to pass before it ships.
Every job on Thwok is one obvious path and one tap. If an organiser needs a laptop, a printer or a spreadsheet, we have failed. A ten-year-old should be able to use every screen unshown.
Beginners' sessions are called beginners' sessions. Levels start wherever you are. Nothing is read by colour alone, nothing is under 15px, and a fifty-year-old can read it courtside at night.
Sport is play. Fair rotation so nobody sits out twice, scores that mean something, badges kids actually want. The admin disappears so the playing is all that is left.

Thwok started at a Tuesday club session in south-west London, where the organiser was running the register on paper and the money on a spreadsheet. We built it for that club first, then for the academy down the road. It is still built one real club at a time.
